Around 10:30 PM on the night of the 14th, two men were involved in a fistfight behind Don’s Restaurant on 4th Street. One man was knocked unconscious, and, despite the best efforts of the paramedics and police on the scene, was declared dead. The other man was booked into the Snohomish County jail on charges of manslaughter, and is awaiting trial. No developments have been announced since by either the county, or the Marysville PD.
